Today is my ten year anniversary. It’s a momentous one, and for that reason we are taking a pause to celebrate how brokenness led to unimaginable delight. So this week’s 10 minute podcast includes my testimony of marriage- and it’s centered around this verse: And my God is able to do exceedingly abundantly beyond all that we ask or imagine through the power at work within us. (Ephesians 3:20)
Do you believe it? Do you know someone who has trouble believing it? Listen to the podcast and think about who you could pass it on to for encouragement. Here’s the link: http://bit.ly/2Q6DFiI
I am also including the 2 minute video that tells the story of the great joy of our day. Our boy is a lot taller, we are a little greyer (I cheat), but our love is a whole lot deeper. As my Uncle George said at the wedding, “Today is the day that you will love each other the least.” He was right. And I can say with all sincerity that it was worth the agonizing wait.
What a blessing to hear your podcast and see the wedding video again! Happy 10th Anniversary. Your scripture today was exactly what I needed to hear as things have been really challenging the past eight years with caregiving and all that goes along with that new “ministry” in my life. Your words helped me focus more on what God has been doing in stretching and growing me and will continue to do in my life into the future. This is certainly not what I would have chosen for our retirement years, but who knows what God still has planned?
I rejoice in your anniversary today as well as our daughter’s 50th birthday and my best friend’s 82 birthday! What a glorious day for so many!
God is good, all the time!
Love to all three!
Sorry it took me so long to write back- so great to hear from you and many blessings to you in your faithfulness Ann!
